Predevelopment
Hollywood International Regional Center is developing a historical turn-of-the-century property in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, with the intention of developing the building the building into a 279-room luxury hotel. With the equity component already funded, we plan on beginning the fundraise of EB-5 capital in mid 2015.
