Investment Overview

Hollywood International Regional Center’s goal is to deploy foreign investor capital in quality real estate projects within our designated Regional Center area. HIRC works with recognized leaders in their respective industries. Each investment project is carefully identified, evaluated, and selected based on investment potential in real estate construction, hospitality, and mixed use industries. HIRC selects projects based on the following:

Investment of capital in projects within our designated area
Selection of projects that exceed the USCIS job creation and economic impact requirements
Consideration for the needs of the immigrant investor
Selection of projects that create significant value to community, investor and regional center
Sound business plans or models that indicate a safe investment for our investors Government involvement/support in the project

Interested investors will receive comprehensive offering materials that will describe in detail the U.S. immigrant investor program, information on HIRC, and one or more proposed qualifying investment options.
